Shipping
Tundra currently ships to:
• All European Union member states
• United Kingdom
• United States & Canada
• Australia & New Zealand
• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and most other UN-recognised countries worldwide
Tundra cannot ship to any country or territory that is currently:
• under international or trade sanctions,
• involved in active military conflict, or
• not fully recognised by the United Nations (including disputed or occupied regions).

Sanctions
Tundra complies with all applicable international trade sanctions, including:
• OFAC (US Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions;
• EU sanctions regulations;
• UK sanctions regulations;
• Export control regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
• The destination is subject to international sanctions;
• The customer is identified on any sanctions list;
• The order violates export control regulations;
• We have concerns about the legality of the transaction.
How much does it cost to get your order delivered?
Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We offer a standard shipping option which is as cost-friendly as possible. Any purchase of products from us is subject to our Terms the latest version of which is available at our website [LINK].
How long will it take to get your order delivered?
Standard Shipping (Worldwide) 25 days from dispatch:
• EU & UK: 5-10 business days from dispatch;
• Rest of World: 15-30 business days from dispatch.
Processing Time:
• Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation;
• Processing time is separate from delivery time;
• Total time from order to delivery: 20-40 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
How can you track your order?
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched including a tracking number from when you receive your Tundra products.
Shipping outside EU and the UK
We ship international orders via DHL.
Tundra is unable to cover the costs of customs taxes and duties. Depending on your country’s laws, you may be asked to pay customs fees before your package is released. Any import duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by your country are YOUR responsibility, not ours.
Please pay careful attention to your email so you do not miss customs updates. If you do not pay customs fees (if applicable), your package will be returned to our facility. If this happens, we will refund you once the order arrives back to us, minus shipping costs.
Customs has the right to hold shipments for any reason which is out of our control. We are not responsible and liable for any delay of your products.
If your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged
If at any time you see that the tracking status reads as "delivered", but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors, members of your household, or your front office (if applicable) to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.
In case you have received a shipment damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. For more details, review the «Returns» section.
If you still cannot locate your shipment or in case it is damaged, send us a note at info@tundraesports.com and we'll be happy to help.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tundra merchandise. If you're not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange for no reason.
After notification of return you will have additional 14 days to ship items back.
You may also get a refund or replacement of a product if it is faulty, damaged, or not as described provided you notify us of the lack of conformity within 2 months. We may require photo and/or video confirmation that the product is damaged to accept its return.
Return Process
To return your product, you must:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide order number, item details and reason for return.
- Wait for the return instructions.
Refunds
- Once product received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size/design is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
